Our Company Story: It all started in 1985
In 1985, Millicent Sanders, owner of The Write Design, started a marketing and management dental consulting business named Millicent Sanders & Associates. For 15 years she wrote marketing plans, audited dental practices, authored training manuals, was published in Dental Economics, and trained dental personnel in front office procedures. In addition, members of her firm performed desktop publishing tasks: Preparing route slips, brochures, newsletters, logos, stationery, and all other print materials requested by clients. She began working on desktop publishing projects and this led to a career change. She went on to pursue formal education and training in desktop publishing, graphic design, web design, and copywriting (writing copy).
Changing the Company Name and Scope of Business
In 2004 Millicent Sanders & Associates was renamed The Write Design. Since that time, we have worked with many different types of businesses besides dental practices. Today, we specialize in web development and design.

The Write Design has been conducting business for 23 years, 18 of those years in Riverbank California. We concentrate on serving cities in Stanislaus County: Riverbank, Oakdale, Modesto, Empire, Ceres, and Turlock.

Our design team consists of partnering with Rhishja Larson, (Certified SEO Consultant & Stanford Advanced Project Manager), and Virginia Chatham, owner of BB Media Services, Inc.. Our designers, Millicent Sanders, Rhishja Larson, and Virginia Chatham collectively bring more than 30 years of design experience to The Write Design.
